What we are building
A few of the technical decisions behind our products.
API keys never reach the app
The iOS app never calls model APIs directly — every request goes through a gateway on Azure. Keys stay out of the mobile binary and rate limiting stays server-side.
Booking survives an AI outage
The AI is a separate service, deliberately kept out of the booking path. The voice assistant hands its result to the same slot engine that hard-blocks double booking.
Eight independent services
Conversation engine, media processing, CRM, multi-tenant management, message orchestrator, product catalog, Telegram connector and voice bridge — each scales on its own.
Content built as a pipeline
Sessions are assembled from YAML blocks, validated, rendered with TTS, mastered and published — five stages, covered by 55 tests.

The iOS app moves from TestFlight to public release. The Azure gateway, RAG knowledge base and watchOS side are ready.

In a booking platform with a voice AI assistant, the most important architectural decision is not what the AI can do — it is what it cannot take down when it fails.
ReadSilent fallback: how sample data hides a dead database
The site looked fine, the content was there, but admin login simply would not work. The cause was not the password but the fallback design — failure was indistinguishable from success.
ReadThe IfModule trap on LiteSpeed: the homepage works, everything else 404s
We deployed to Hostinger. The homepage worked; every other URL 404ed. The cause was not a missing .htaccess — it was the conditional block wrapped around it.

How do you work?

What the terms mean
Plain explanations of words used a lot in this field — nobody should hesitate to ask.
- MVP — the first working version
- The simplest release of a product that is still genuinely usable. The goal is to test the core value quickly, not to ship every feature.
- SaaS — software on subscription
- Software used on a monthly or yearly subscription rather than bought once. Nothing to install — you just open it in a browser.
- Pitch deck — investor presentation
- A short slide deck shown to investors: problem, solution, market, team and numbers. Usually 10–15 slides.
- Equity — a share of the company
- Ownership in the company. When part of the fee is taken as a share instead of cash, the parties become partners.
- Retainer — monthly engagement
- Instead of a separate contract per project, the team stays available to you for a fixed monthly fee.
- Traction — measurable growth
- Evidence that the product works: user numbers, revenue, repeat usage. The first thing an investor looks at.
